Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 ARRIVE BALI/ UBUD
Met by your local tour guide upon arrival at Bali’s International airport, proceed with transfer to Ubud, Bali’s cultural centre. Stay overnight at Pertiwi Bungalow in the heart of Ubud.
Day 2 UBUD (B)
Full-day touring Ubud and the surrounding artisan villages, takes you to Batubulan for the mythical Barong Dance, Singapadu for Balinese traditional compound, Celuk for gold and silverworks, Mas for Bali’s talented woodcarver, and Puri Lukisan Museum to get understanding about Balinese traditional paintings and its development.
Day 3 UBUD/ AMED (B)
Morning after breakfast departs for Amed in the very east of the island. On the way visit Kertagosa; formerly was law court of Klungkung kingdom known for its interesting mural. Further eastward to the stunning Goa Lawah temple situated on the mouth of a dark tunnel inhabited by hundreds of hanging bats, the traditional Tenganan village; the original inhabitant of Bali famed for its “Gringsing” or double-ikat weaving. Lunch could be at a local restaurant in Candidasa viewing the ocean. After lunch further eastward to Karangasem Royal Palace, and Tirta Gangga water garden; formerly was recreational site of Karangasem Royal family. Day 4 AMED (B)
Today is free for your own leisure. Stay unwinds at hotel or with extra cost you can snorkelling at hotel’s beach. There are traditional local boats to charter if you wish to explore further. Snorkelling gears can be hired locally.
Day 5 AMED/ LOVINA (B)
After breakfast travel to Lovina, drive on the road that goes along Bali’s north-eastern coast. Reach Lovina around noon, check-in at Aditya beachside hotel. Remainder of the day will be yours to enjoy northern Bali beach, with snorkelling possibility. If you wish you can book with hotel a morning dolphin tour – for the following day (weather allows)
Day 6 LOVINA/ PEMUTERAN/ PEKUTATAN (B)
After breakfast leave for Pemuteran at the western end of the island. Enjoy about 2 hours trekking in West Bali National Park, to see the varying vegetation of the lowland tropical forest and its fauna. Afterwards, proceed to Pekutatan for your overnight at a beachside cottage with nice tropical surrounding. Rest of the day is free for relax on the pool or to enjoy the beach.
Day 7 PEKUTATAN (B)
Free at the cottage or at extra cost you can biking through the village, OR for those who love adventure may take the option of the challenging yet interesting 4WD Jeep tour to the plantation
Day 8 PEKUTATAN/ DENPASAR (B)
Drive back to Denpasar, following the coastline with stop to see the famous Tanah Lot sea temple.
