Arrival at Polonia airport of Medan, greet and sightseeing transfer to Beratagi with fine views en-route of lush forested area and mountains range. Visit a local traditional market sells fresh fruits, flowers and vegetables before checking-in at your hotel in Berastagi. Berastagi is situated in the highland of about 1000 metre above the sea level with pleasant chill climate. Overnight at Sinabung hotel with dinner. (D) 

After breakfast, departs for Samosir island on Lake Toba, a pleasing ride across the Karo Plateau with some stops en-route at Lingga Village for daily life of the Karo Batak people and their typical houses, Tongging Hill for stunning view of Lake Toba’s northern part, Sipisopiso Waterfall, and Pematang Purba for the very old long-house (Ruma Bolon) which was belonged to Simalungun Batak Royal families. Lunch will be served at local restaurant in Parapat. After lunch board on the boat takes you to Samosir island. Overnight at Silintong Hotel on Samosir Island with dinner provided. (B, L, D) 

Breakfast at hotel. Tour today is to learn about Toba Batak culture, tour by boat for some inland visits to Ambarita village to see remnants from megalithic culture, Simanindo village for Toba Batak typical house and folk dance performed by the local. Also visit the tiny Tao Island for a short respite and swimming if you wish. Then, ride back to hotel for lunch. Afternoon is for visiting Tomok to see the ancient graveyard and sarcophagus of the king Sidabutar family. There will be times to browse local souvenir before returning to hotel. Overnight at hotel with dinner (B, L, D)

After breakfast check-out hotel and leaves for Medan. Boat ride takes you to Parapat for then further up to Medan through Simalungun area; a highland which is today a key plantation region with enormous government-owned estate of oil palm, rubber and cocoa. Stop en-route to see the plantations. Lunch will be served in Medan. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your onward flight (B, L)
